Hi Eddie -

Man, you've been doing your homework!

2000i sounds like it has quite a linking ability. I've never heard of COM,
never mind program it....It seems after becoming fluent in EL we are now
called upon to become machine language guys again -<g>

My buddy who trades in FL called me today about 2000i. He doesn't subscribe
to this list, so is not biased to the recent talk. He sounded really pissed
off and said he's sending his back to Omega. He said basically what we've
been hearing on the list and wants a Y2K patch for 4.0 now- Still think
I'll wait til the last minute to upgrade IF I ever do. <g>

BTW, I got Hashnums and can now write historical indicator data (all five+
indicators) streams into a .CVS file, then to Excel. Doug Deming has been
REAL helpful via email in getting me up and running with it...

Which reminds me....do you (or anyone on the list) have an Excel routine
that works in a time loop that will refresh itself by calling up a .CVS
file over and over every minute or so? This is the next step to real time.
I have Excel working with the DDE showing live quotes, but the real time
indicator historic stuff needs to come in by file, as I'm sure you already
know.

I've not dived into Excel yet.... being bogged down by trading and figuring
out this Fuzzy stuff for now.

BTW, thanks to all on the list who supplied info about the .wav recorder in
Windows....right under my nose. I interfaced it to TS and now hear my
voice telling me what's happening in the S&P indicators all day.....it's
really kinda fun - I look to get the fuzzy talking next week - Now, THAT
should be interesting....
