I dont have dual monitors but a freind of mine does , and has the
same problem,he is not concerended becaue he never use the
powereditor but I found out for him that is was the vidio card and
would have to down load an updated driver to fix the problem so far
he hasnt cared , but at leaset it seems to confirm your post
