If it's any consolation, I had the same problem with the Appian Graphics card. A subsequent upgrade to their screen management software solved the problem.

Unloading the screen management software, while retaining the dual monitor capability, solved the problem temporarily. Not knowing your setup, I'm not sure whether this is possible, but it's worth a try.

I have a Dell dual monitor and dual processor machine and can only open
the first system/show me/indicator in power editor in TS 4 build 21.  I
point to any other system on the list and only the first system loads.
Omega says they have the same problem and it has to do with the video
card.  They are waiting for an upgrade on the card.

Any help appreciated.
