migration sec block not found

I recently ( last hour) installed tradestation 4.0 build 18 on my new k6 400
mhz machine and the security block is not being found. Just to be sure that
the block did not get damaged moving it the 6 feet from one machine to the
other, I put it back on the original machine and tried to load the server.
Bingo that works. But the new machine says no security block. So what am I
to do? I specifically bought this new machine to speed up my optimizations
in Tradestation. I'll try upgrading to build 21 while I wait to hear back.
