This is bizarre!! Even I know what is in the MetaStock data Format for Y2K.
We worked out that months ago. They put a 1 in front for the century 2000
and use up the 7th character in metatstock 7 format. All you have to do is
buy a MetaStock get the upgrade from www.equis.com and then get it to work
with the new Software. By the way SuperCharts V 4.0 reads the new format
with the year as 100 ( I put in dummy data). So it couldn't be all that
hard to get it working right.

Tami,
here is the deal:
You send us the code for deciphering the TS ctree realtime database
format - so that we can finally correct bad ticks.
And we will help you to decipher the new Metastock data format.
If you can please send as well the source code for TS 4.0 so we can
make the patch for the Y2K problem. I already fear that the Y2K patch
will arrive as "timely" as the euro patch since you are propably very
busy with the TS2000xxx.
Sincerely
Gerrit Jacobsen
