The DTN and PC Quote feeds use the feed time, just like the servers
we're used to now.  If the feed time is wrong, the data will be wrong.
Sounds like these feeds are completely independant of the computer clock.

Two stories for two types of datafeed.  The DBC feeds go through the
DBC Data Manager.  I understand this is DBC policy, though Omega may
have welcomed the opportunity to let DBC manage the raw feed.

Personally, I'm not sure I like the idea of letting the feed mess
with my computer's clock, but as any box running TS 2000i will be
running Windows, it probably doesn't matter.
