LOOK the facts are that the so called omega server does use the system clock
of the computer. It is a leach and it can only use what the server (which
is supplied by BMI/DBC) transmits. There is a obscure setting in the server
that these data vendors provide that you must check if you want the data
feed to reset the computer system clock. So there Darla, the omega server
does use the computer clock, which can be synchronized in the bmi/dbc server
to the data feed time.
But the server does rely on the computer clock to receive its time stamps on
the data, this is still stupid and will cause errors.
