There is a problem with the new TS2000i when loading charts for various
commodities (futures contracts).
For example, when attempting to load Cotton # 2, you need to complete
the following steps:
1. Choose create a new chart
2. Select the specific cotton contract
3. Choose plot
4. Choose Universe button
5. Change Data Type from Stock to Future
6. Deselect "Exact match by Symbol Name" Box
7. Change Search for from "CT" to "Cotton"
8. Select "Find"
9. Select "Ok"
10. Select "Ok"
In older versions of Trade Station (pre 2000i) the same task was
completed with only:
1. Choose create a new chart
2. Select the specific cotton contract
3. Choose plot
4. Select "Ok"
This was much more efficient and convenient. I would appreciate it if
you could look into this matter and correct the problem.
