Delete the 40bonn.idx file too.  You always want TS to rebuild that
index file whenever you're having any sort of data problem.

Probably a combination of both.  Omega's truncated file may have
just laid random eggs in your database, and your friend's data
may have renamed some of your items to a different format, though
I think there's a translation table somewhere that's supposed to
deal with those sorts of issues.
