This is an update on CBOT's Futures contracts or Futures Options contracts
specifications.
CBOT/MIDAM WASHINGTON'S BIRTHDAY TRADING SCHEDULE
CHICAGO, February 8 -- The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and the MidAmerica
Commodity Exchange (MidAm) have established the following trading schedules
in observance of Washington's Birthday:
Friday, February 12:
All CBOT Financial, Electricity and Catastrophe Insurance contracts will
close at 1:00 p.m.
All other contracts, including the CBOT® Dowsm contracts, will observe
normal trading schedules.
Trading will close at 12:15 p.m. in the following MidAm contracts:
Live Cattle; Lean Hogs; Australian Dollar; British Pound; Canadian Dollar;
Deutsche Mark; Japanese Yen; Swiss Franc; Eurodollar; U.S. Treasury Bill.
Trading will close at 12:20 p.m. in the following MidAm contracts: New
York Silver; New York Gold; New York Gold Options; and Platinum
Trading will close at 1:20 p.m. in the following MidAm contracts: U.S.
Treasury Bond; Medium-Term U.S. Treasury Notes; Long-Term U.S. Treasury
Notes.
All MidAm grain contracts will observe normal trading schedules.
Sunday, February 14:
CBOT Overnight Project A® trading session will be closed.
Monday, February 15:
CBOT/MidAm pit trading will be closed. Daytime and Afternoon Project A
trading will be closed. Overnight Project A will be open.
