the below came to me privately, lets consider that someone buys an omega
product they have committed to omega certain things.. I live next door to
this guy and he goes broke and sells it or gives it to me, now maybe he has
broken some law, but have I? I think not, unless it was stolen which it
wasn't. so I have no obligation to omega that I see? how is my thinking
on this? (I know slightly skewed against omega)
Interesting post, but it would seem the license agreement that Omega
requires you to accept in order to get the TS 2000 upgrade would define
what's "legal" under the agreement and what isn't. The license agreement
can be amended easily before distribution by simply inserting a piece of
paper in the box (especially after reading your post).
