Had similar problems-- Suggest the following:
Quit all programs and delete any files you find using: Start > Find *.tmp
Close Windows-- complete power-off, then re-boot
Run Scandisk and Defrag on all hard drives
If error still occurs, re-install Windows--- electing not to copy any older
files if prompted during the install.
Check the following files for date, size, and version. If there are
discrepancies, re-install TS including upgrades to build 21
