You can never just use one tool. Level 2 only works in conjunction with a
score of other tools including time/sales, premium, technical analysis, news.
etc. IMO information is power and all of these tools provide information that
someone, somewhere is using so I don't want to be left out. However, I
started with one tool at a time and added them to the arsenal after studying
the relationship between the other tools.
