In all fairness to everyone involved, I think it is a little premature to go
about the course of action that you deem necessary. Don't you think?
Especially with the answer below that you sent me. Especially since you did
not bother to send this answer to the rest of the omega-list, so that all
could read and consequently judge for themselves?

Omega DOES value its clients, they are working as hard as they can. The barbs
from Mark Brown I feel are also premature. For example, he states that Omega
is laying off programmers a.k.a. Windows Developers. Then why, if one goes to
the local Miami classifieds and view Omegas own website are there ads for MORE
Windows Developers? The accusations are simply ridiculous. And I'm afraid SO
ARE YOURS!

the way others more knowledgeable than i have explained it, anything
that deals with date functions and date conversions.  i'm definitely
not an expert here.
