The fact that Omega Research continues to promote TradeStation 4.0 with no provision for
Y2K and only a 30-day warranty is deceptive and a clear violation of the Consumer
Protection Act. Violation of the Consumer Protection Act is a federal offense with steep
fines and penalties.
Seems to me that existing users who have also recently purchased TradeStation are also
entitled to compensation under this act.
This action would most likely have to bought by the U.S. attorney's office in Florida.
