Open Letter to Bill Cruz himself and his employees need not reply on his
behalf this time!
I too think thats all a great Idea! But you guys can even pull together to
force Cruz to deliver what you have paid for already! No one seems to care
about the fact that you have all paid for a software product that is now
defunct! I cant collect the futures data I need! So its dead as far as I'm
concerned! I want my money back Cruz! or at least the difference between
SuperCharts which is what my TS has turned into now (a eod program) and TS.
Had I wanted an eod program I'd bought one. How can Cruz with the money and
staff he has screw up so bad? I think it will be proved that he is liable
for miss conduct of his own company. Which now is public, he and the Board
members should be sued to the fullest extend of the law. I bet if they have
to come out of their own pockets to pay all of us back a reinburstment they
will kick Cruz out as head and put a Donkey in his place. The company would
be better off with no one in control. I ask you again Bill Cruz are you so
high and mighty that you cant respond to 1000 of you clients? Tell us what
we want to hear so you can bide more time while you continue to lay off
programmers and hire every salesman that you can find. The ratio of
research money to advertising is something to be proud of isn't it? Come
why dont you Bill Cruz yourself tell the Omega List how wrong I am and put
me in my place! I would enjoy it even more than you! Not just me but 1000
of your customers and potential upgrades are waiting for the words of
confidence that should only come from your mouth! and not from your
waterboys!

BTW, you might want to ask yourself how far the fraud goes. Can you tell
me how Tradestation\DTN wins the award from TASC for best institutional
trading software when it wasn't even available at the time of the survey?
You couldn't even buy\lease it from DTN. I tried! Advertising revenue can
