I've experienced the same phenomena with SC2, SC3, and SC4 running under
NT3.5 and NT4/SP1 through SP3. Usually occurs when I have a number of
workspaces open. Other symptoms include being unable to zoom. Only solution
I've found is to shut the app down and restart. I've seen lot less of it
since boosting memory from 32meg to 128meg - however NT seems to use no more
than about 80 meg of it no matter how much stuff I have open.
