Re: Another LeoWeb Story

Phil,

I had problems with Leo within 30 minutes of the S&P opening. I went to
close a trade and although Leo went through the motions I received no Tops
id. I called the order desk who had received my order which was working.
The market trades 50 points through my figure and reverses so I figure I
should be filled - the order desk then can't confirm the fill but call it
unable (fast mkt) so I have to cancel it and after resetting via the reset
desk enter another order to get me out - so the result was rather than 300
points for the trade only 100 - and a humungous amount of aggravation - not
knowing if your orders in, whether its working, whether its filled - russian
roulette in a mkt which moves 20 big figures in an hour-

Not receiving Tops Id when the orders gone through the worst nightmare -
anybody else having the same problems?
