This event is a huge wakeup call to cbot, and they fought hard to
keep the cantor approval from happening.
The cbot has recently voted to extend bond trading hours, earlier
start, and side-by-side electronic trading. That, too is awaiting
approval, though should be a fomality. Expected start is 9/28.
There are some postings on the cbot site, I think they were under
arbor's comment section.
