What's your opinion on the new bond contract that's been approved by the CFTC [a
joint venture between Cantor and the New York Board of Trade]? Have you seen
contract specs, trading hours, etc? Has it a chance to be viable if the CBOT
doesn't act promptly to add full session electronic trading?
