Re: NT40 Service Pack 4

I've watched this thread with considerable doubt, since the beta of NT4 SP 4 has
been delayed due to delays in NT5. I did not have a chance to research this
until this morning: NT4 Service Pack 4 has not been released. Latest released
NT4 SP is SP 3.0. Information on available NT (all versions) SP's, drivers and
other info is available by following the appropriate links from:

http://support.microsoft.com/support/ntserver/default-sl.asp

Information on available NT4 SP's and drivers is available at:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/downloads/LNP400.asp?PR=DOS&T1=7d&FR=0&A=T&;
T=F&S=F&

Generally it is not a good idea to upgrade SP unless you have a specific problem
which needs to be fixed.

The page at http://www.markbrown.com/service4.htm refers to an option pack which
appears to be for NT Server.
