According to the prospectus, there are 3.7M shares outstanding and the Cruz
brothers own 83% of the stock!

That could explain why it is such a lackluster performer. They are probably
not touching their shares right now, so that means the real float is about
629K shares! That is why it just trickles up and down. And part of the
reason why it tanked from $11.00 to $2.50 during its opening month of
trading. It is now about $4.00/sh.

I was surprised Robertson, Stephenson, Lehman Bros., and H&Q would
underwrite an IPO organized like this.
