Pierre,
If Omega is willing to give me back my money, I will run right over you to get in
line, before they run out of money from many others waiting trying to do the
same. I am not an Omega hater, just a long time customer that is tired of being
lied to about features that are always going to be in the next release, but never
make it, and general lack of interest in taking care of the exesting customer
base. I find it interesting that every time there was a public place for people
to discuss Omega and TS that Omega had control over, it always was discontinued,
because of all of the negative stuff put on it. It would have been real nice for
Omega to make a public place where people could go and search the text to see if a
particular problem they were having was unique or has been reported before... and
oh yea, has it been fixed or what is the work around.
Is this asking too much in the way of support. In my opinion, which is worth what
you paid for it, Omega is not willing to have a FAQ / support site, because them
everyone would see just what does not work in the product.
