Those who have used the "AT" scheduler included with NT 3x/40, know it can be
both cranky and difficult to use. A new task scheduler is available for free
download from the IE40 options web page at microsoft.com. I have found the new
task scheduler to be both easy to use and able to run applications which refused
to run properly under the "AT" scheduler.
