Beta 5.0 Theory...

Maybe large parts of 5.0 are TS4.0 code.  They could have been behind
schedule and said "lets just run this old code through a 32bit compiler and
see what happens...Add the new stuff and WaaLaa we have a beta 5.0...  We
can go back and correct any difficulties later...."
