Subject: SP/DSP tick weirdness

I'm consistently missing the very first tick for the DSP
symbol (DSP8M). I've confirmed this with T&S. Now the weird
thing is that I =am= getting that first tick for the SP
symbol (SP8M). Is this happening to anyone else? My settings
in the symbol universe appear to be correct.
