Yep, it's "Excell graphing question" posted in HTML format by Mike Clark
using IE4.
IE4 users ****PLEASE**** do not post HTML messages to this list. You are
messing things up for everybody. The server is set up to strip out the
HTML content and, in the process, the posts become illegible to many
email programs.

Meanwhile, it's a hassle but those of us using Netscape 4 and IE 4 can
see the contents of the 'mystery' messages. In Netscape click View /
Page Source. In IE 4, click File / Properties / Details / Message
Source.
