Kim:

I don't know what problems you are having with Unfair Advantage, but I have been
a CSI customer since the early 1980's. I switched to Unfair Advantage when CSI
brought it out because of thecutting edge way it stores data. Besides CSI, I
subscribe to six other end of day data vendors, for various reasons unrelated to
this discussion. I can truthfully say that CSI has by far the most comprehensive
coverage of furtures markets around the world and their data has always been the
cleanest data available. If you collect data early in the evening, CSI often
will have posted corrections for the early postings a few hours later.

You say you are currently using CSI's Unfair Advantage. The only trouble I have
ever had with Unfair Advantage is when I update to newer versions without
carefully reading the new release version notes. Unfair Advantage is a 'work in
progress' by CSI, meaning their newest Beta versions are available and new
versions are often added every few days or so. The frequency of changes that are
available sometimes is a temptation to upgrade whatever version you are using to
get the latest bells and whistles...and similarly, you must keep up with the
newer versions once they become stable, or you miss some of the new
functionality as it becomes available. If this is causing your problems, I ould
suggest you go to their web site [www.csidata.com] and email their customer
support people. They are extremely helpful and prompt and they know their
product inside and out, since they are building it every day. Explain the
problems you have had with Unfair Advantage and if they cannot give you a
satisfactory answer, ask them if you might be better suited to using their more
conventional end of day product, CSI Quick-Trieve, which has been around forever
and really is the yardstick for all other end of day data vendors.

I hope this helps.
