The spec does confirm the 16750 UART has only 64 bytes buffer.
In the case of Signal Cable with 19200 baud transmission rate, it could fill up
the buffer in about 0.03 second when the CPU is "busy" and not listening
to the serial port. (T-Port card allows about 8 seconds buffer)
Does the ExpressCard 920 driver do anything special in case the buffer is
filled up?
