Not the exact same experience, but I have found that quitting and
restoring covers a multitude of TS sins. I do it often. Sometimes just as
preventative medicine when things seem to be acting quirky. The other thing
that I do regularly is to restart Windows 95. That covers a multitude of
Microsoft's sins.
