Crabel's IDNR4?

I have Crabel's book, but can't seem to find the IDNR4.  Does it appear
there
or in some other publication?  And by "in conjunction with," do you mean
that
the inside day itself is the NR4 day, as seems reasonable, or does the ID
act
as a setup for the NR4?
