I have used several such as compuserve, but I find the IBM Global Network,
to be the best for international access. It has a dialer application that
allows you to select which country and city you want ( there a thousands of
access points ) and then dials the correct telephone number, the dialer ap
also shows you your dinamically assigned IP address on connection, a usful
feature if you want ot ftp serve and the dns number for the server you are
connected to.
The email addresses are simple i.e username@xxxxxxx , the email servers are
extremely fast. You can sign up online at www.ibm.net
