I agree and I commend you for your accurate description of Omega Research's
high incompetence in writing manuals. It could not have been more succinct.
Just an observation, their method of doing things demonstrates that the people
involved are just plain incompetent; because doing it their way took a lot
more effort than doing it right to begin with. OTOH, were in their staff's
experience or schooling, would they have learned how to do it right? So they
are learning
on-the-job AT OUR (the customer's) COST.
Wouldn't it be nice to get some acknowledgement about this from Omega
Research, as well as their comments as to what they are going to do
differently, so the situation is remedied in the upcoming software releases?
May be management, after "milking" the big self-dividend from the Corporation,
can now devote some of the money that came from the new current shareholders
to make the Product Users' use of their time more effective/productive.
