I would not be so foolish as to run a locked module from someone you
do not personally know and trust implicitly. You have no idea what
it in the code, and code can be written to do devastating things. It
may not do them now, but may invoke certain code at any later date
and time in the future, or upon a confluence of events.
Postings of locked code should be forbidden on this list.
