How Do I Format With Netscape?

I just started working with Netscape - and I can't seem to format my messages so they
look right.  They all seem to have long lines - and a long line becomes a medium line
and a short line.  I've tried a couple of things - but nothing seems to work.

Whether or not you agree with what I write - I'd like my messages to be pretty <g>.  So
any help would be appreciated.  Robyn
