The problem arises when you've paid in full months ago and every
three months you have to call for a new "permanent" password from Omega. I
believe that's what happened to Mark Brown, and is still happening to a
friend of mine (happened to me a couple of times with 3.5, but finally
stopped). Very irritating, especially when each time Omega assures you
that it really is "permanent" this time.
