My Apologies!
Your are absolutely right---it is a CRT flat screen monitor
that my "so-called friend" was quoting me on; not the LCD.
I asked for a price on a 2-3 inch thick flat-panel computer monitor,
he thought I meant the side of the case, not the thickness of
the whole screen??
Thank you Jeff for bringing this "error" to my attention quickly!
