I assume that you don't want to reinvent a whole server in order to 
get histories. In that case
should have a look at the Universal Market server 
http://www.uniserv.com/uniserv.htm since the developer offers an API
for Dephi (Turbo Pascal).

Another possibility would be to go the dll route in TS.
