Turbo Pascal Routine for Real Time Bonneville Data?

Hi Everyone -

I don't know if it exists anywhere, but I wonder if anyone has a routine to
convert BMI data from their satellite box OUTPUT into a usable format using
a Borland Turbo Pascal routine? 

I've written my own end of the day programs using this old Pascal 1980's
language and now would like to get it going real time to supplement the
VERY limited versatility of writing in TS.  I would be willing to pay for
this routine, as it is beyond my programming capabilities to create from
scratch.

Anyone?
