Historical Fair Value Data

Hello,

Anyone out there know where I could get the daily fair value for   
different equity contracts for the past few years?  For example the   
Front, Second and Third Month's fair value for the DAX S&P and the FTSE   
futures contracts,

I hope someone can help,
