CSI would not run. My service technician wasted a day trying and CSI was
unable to offer any clue. The Machine was brand new from Gateway. An error
message kept coming back about a 16 bit applicatin not being able to run. I
downloaded the new 32 bit version off CSI's web page, installed it, and got
the same error message.
