Jim:  I don't know which vendor your're thinking of, but the security
system you describe is exactly what I went through to install
PowerTrader, and yes it's a pain.  I haven't tried to upgrade that
system yet, and I'm not looking forward to it.  I'm saving data on
55,000 symbols and I need a bigger hard drive, but....
