Well, I wont pull any punches Mark Jurik, you and Bob and Pierre, have
promoted a damm neural nut discussion here on this list for months and
kept it going almost by yourselves. In spite of the apparent boredom of
the entire list (meaning no one but you guys were participating) you wouldn't
stop until all your neural nut products where thoroughly advertised as well
as Bob's neural nut list for such!! I would say you guys are the Three
 Musketeers of Neural Nuts!!!!
>>

It's a great honour for me to stay in such a neighborhood with Mark Jurik
and Bob Brickey...
Concerning advertising, I need to think again to the subject, as I forgot to
advertise several times here. Next time maybe, but I missed at least 3 months
of ad here.

<<
Now I will apologize to Pierre for I like him,
and we settled our differences back some time ago.
>>
No offence. It's past history.
Despite of these differences, I can't 100% reject Mark .
There is always something good in each human being.
Proportions may vary according time, next TS release date...

I do not have ANY product by the WOW people in fact, In spite of my
announcements of that
they are close to my home in Dallas and my persistent calling and badgering
them with Questions about the impending release of the DayTraderPro. Have
yet to even get a fricking invite from the assholes to let me come by and see
the actual program working real time.
>>
My opinion is that they need you also because you know something to TS and
TS4 weaknesses. The Trojan horse story is older than the first patent ever
 deposed.
For WOW, having somebody TS knowlmedgeable and cooperative is a good point for
them.
You may think that it is also a good point for you if they succeed, as you
will get the software that you dreamed of
My guess is that TS5 will be available before, and if not, it will be far
more
better that what you expect.
Again, I can't disclose the contents of my discussion with Bill Cruz in may
1997.
But
 is a program that will
be all it can be in a free world of competition. I want my dear studies and
my systems that I have worked so hard on to continue to work on software
that works. WOW never asked me to post anything, I did my own research
and posted it, the specs I got from their web site. You can read cant you?
>>
I can.
Your dear studies and systems will run seamless in TS5
and WOW pro if they can.

<<
I'm a Solution Provider like you guys with one exception! I will not kiss
Omega's ass. In spite of what you or any others may think including Omega
or any other software vendors! I am and you are the customer, and that
make me the Boss. I don't even know the other persons who commented
on WOW and imagine they would not like you associating them with
myself! So you can at the very least to keep you from looking like more
than an ass, apologize to THEM. I could give a shit less about myself.......

The difference is not there.
I prefer to stick with the company more for loyal reasons than for an
hypothetic benefit of an hypothetic competitor.
But after all, this will maybe make Omega to react quicker...

<<
PS... I swear to you Mitch called me from London friday about this post he
was going to have made to the list about TS 5.0, we talked for 2
hours
about the upcoming improvements of TS 5.0 and of DayTraderPRO!!!!
They are worried about this programs ability to emulate EasyLang ect.
But Mitch is confident they will still rule with the new TS
5.0................
I get the beta soon so we'll see, I have a machine just for it set
aside.
Its going to be a fun year for Trading Software I think....
 >>

Sure.
A very fun year.
The best must win.
I definitively support Omega, as I prefer the original version to the copy,
even if a
perfect one.

Concerning EL, I suppose that they can protect themselves with the new
version.
and they can add more in the upcoming
version.
They also may consider lawsuits if the copy is exactly the same, and it should
be to meet
the full EL compatibility.
In fact EL is not only a language, but also a concept.
For a language, I can't say about legal protection.
For a concept, the answer is not negative.

Sincerely,
