Ron,

If I read more into your posting than was there, you have my sincere
apology.

I would hope that all participants of this list would agree that, so
long as civility reigns, any on-theme opinions are welcome.

Presumably, we're all here because we're Omega product users. It seems
fair to say that there is a wide spectrum of satisfaction with these
products. The more disgruntled certainly are represented, as are the
well-satisfied. However, we are all in this together. As the products
and their support improve, we all benefit.
