[EquisMetaStock Group] Poor Customer Service

Just an alert to be careful in dealing with Equis so that you don't 
have the same problem I had.

If you should purchase a product from them and return it, spend the 
money to send it via a method that is traceable (Exp. Mail, FedEx, etc.)

I purchased PowerPivots Plus from them in early Jan, which did not find 
useful at all. I obtained a return authorization number and sent the 
item to them via Priority Mail.

Five weeks later, no credit to my account yet. They claim "they never 
received it" and "they have their rules." 

Bottom line: I'm out $300 and have no product. Undoubtedly this is due 
to my own foolishness in 1)Purchasing from them in the first place (the 
product was terrible) and 2)Not returning it via traceable means.

Please learn from my mistake and be ultra careful in dealing with them.
