[EquisMetaStock Group] How to open multiple stocks at once

Hi everyone
I have been tracking some stocks(about 20 stocks).Each time I need to call up the stock manually. 
 
is there any way to script it or any method. maybe just to call up a group name and voila all the stocks are immediately call up and i just need to browse it.
