[EquisMetaStock Group] Real-time date retrieval for Metastock

I am curious to know whether I am able to retrieve the real time data available in the html and java format of Internet Webpage to be downloaded to my Metastock Chart analysis program - or standard Excel format. If possible, please provide the procedure to set-up the analysis program. Currently I am trading the Asian Stock Market.
