[Metastockusers] How to duplicate Exponential Moving Average in Excel

I am trying to do further analysis in Excel and need to duplicate
Exponential Moving Average in Excel.

Does someone know how to do this.

I contacted an Excel user group, and they don't understand how to do 
this.
