The stop-loss situation is going from bad to worse. I'm now certain
that the problem is not with the stop-loss, but due to the fact that
I'm not using the System Tester properly. I'd be grateful if anyone
can point out where I'm going wrong (anyone who's not getting bored
with this thread).
Here's what I've done.
Anything in the "Formula" box works in any of the tabs.
Any entry in the "Limit or Stop Price" box for any of the tabs is
ignored. For the simplest possible example, if I try to buy using
nothing in the "Formula" box, and "H" as a "Limit" in the stop box,
there are never any trades. (The positive feature is that I make
4.68% profit on each stock that I don't trade. I must be doing
something right.)
Please advise.
