It's difficult to know how Equis works, but perhaps others on the list who bought from a dealer and not Equis can let us know. Maybe they only give that type of information out to direct sales, but then that doesn't make sense. Perhaps you can ask that question directly of Tech Support - via email, - I've found that they will respond to all types of questions.
